I recently stayed at a hidden gem called Hotel Bruchwiese in Saarbruecken. The staff, though some struggled with English, were incredibly nice and accommodating. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the hotel provided a fan in our room, which was a nice touch. The highlight, however, was the amazing free breakfast. They had scrambled eggs, bread, yogurt, granola, and a personal mini pitcher of fresh coffee. I loved that they even cooked the eggs to order. The hotel is also conveniently located, about 15-20 minutes walking distance from the city center and 20-30 minutes from the train and bus station. it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely choose this hotel again.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The rooms at Hotel Bruchwiese are cozy and welcoming, making you feel right at home. I loved the free WiFi, perfect for scrolling through social media and staying connected. The complimentary toiletries in the private bathroom were a nice touch, saving space in my luggage. Plus, having a minibar and a TV in every room added a touch of luxury to my stay.
Personally, I found the portable fans in the rooms to be a bit noisy, but hey, it's just my preference and others might actually enjoy the breeze they provide.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Bruchwiese in Saarbruecken! The room was super cozy with a comfy bed and a TV for a nice movie night. The private bathroom was clean and had all the necessary toiletries. Plus, the free WiFi was a bonus for someone like me who loves to stay connected on the go.
Personally, I found the large trees surrounding the house a bit too shady for my liking. But hey, that's just my preference, and I know others might enjoy the natural shelter it provides.

The hotel offered a delicious and varied breakfast with options like scrambled eggs, yogurt, and granola. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing fans in the room for extra comfort. the location was peaceful and quiet, away from busy traffic and within walking distance of the city center and public transportation.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could have been more modern, especially the bathrooms. The Wi-Fi also had some issues in certain rooms, but it worked fine in the reception/restaurant area.

The hotel had a charming atmosphere, with a lovely patio where you could enjoy breakfast or a drink. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the proximity to downtown and the easy access to parking.
The room was a bit on the small side and the walls were not very soundproof. there was no elevator which might be an issue for some guests who struggle with mobility.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its unique decor and stylish rooms. The VW camper van theme was well thought out and added a touch of nostalgia. The 50s bathroom blended seamlessly with the overall design, saving the hassle and cost of renovations. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even offering her personal garage for our trike. The staff was friendly and the breakfast customized to our preferences. A great option for guests with disabilities.
We felt incredibly welcome during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.
